Spotted Bear serves as the tribal representative for the Twin Buttes District of Halliday, N.D., on the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation Tribal Business Council. The Three Affiliated Tribes are headquartered in New Town, N.D.

Labahn recently retired as project coordinator for the Randall RC&D headquartered in Lake Andes, S.D.

Rod Liesinger and Audry Ricketts were re-elected at the annual meeting held in November of 2005.

Four directors of the eight-member board represent MSAC’s four membership classes. The remaining four directors fill "at-large" seats. Class I members include: governmental entities, Class II includes: organizations, Class III includes: commercial members and Class IV includes individual members.
