MSAC names two new board members and re-elects two to continue service |

------- May 2006 Spotted Bear serves as the tribal representative for the Twin Buttes District of Halliday, N.D., on the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation Tribal Business Council. The Three Affiliated Tribes are headquartered in New Town, N.D. Labahn recently retired as project coordinator for the Randall RC&D headquartered in Lake Andes, S.D. Rod Liesinger and Audry Ricketts were re-elected at the annual meeting held in November of 2005. Four directors of the eight-member board represent MSAC’s four membership classes. The remaining four directors fill "at-large" seats. Class I members include: governmental entities, Class II includes: organizations, Class III includes: commercial members and Class IV includes individual members. The board meets every other month. Members and the
public are invited. See the web site for details on upcoming meetings. (www.msaconline.com) Audry Ricketts, of Pierre, S.D., represents Class II. Ricketts serves as treasurer. (Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation Tribal Business Council Member) Marjorie Gross, of Yankton, S.D., represents Class IV, the individual members. Mike Kurle, of Murdo, S.D., is an "at-large" board member and serves as vice-president. (Manager West River/Lyman Jones Rural Water) Rod Liesinger, of Pierre, S.D., represents Class I (City Administrator - City of Pierre) Les Labahn, of Pickstown, S.D., is an "at-large" board member.
