The Board of Directors will meet at 10 am in the Anderson Room at the Governor’s Inn with the general membership scheduled to meet at 1 pm. On the annual meeting agenda will be the election of three individuals to the board of directors. The following two directors have terms which are expiring: Audry Ricketts, who represents Class II of the membership which is "Organizations, to include any group or body that has a membership that pays dues to said organization" and Rod Liesinger, who is an at-large board of director. These two positions are for three-year terms. A third board of director will be elected to fill a vacated position on the board, which has two years of a three-year term remaining.

MSAC Executive Director Howard Paul will update the membership on the past year’s activities and future plans for the organization.

All members, potential members and all interested groups, businesses, individuals and government bodies are welcome, and are invited to attend both the board meeting and the general membership meeting.
