Reservoir Sediment Management: Building a Legacy of Sustainable Water Storage Reservoirs presented by Tim Randle


Tim Randle, a supervisor civil engineer (hydraulics) and Manager of the US Bureau of Reclamation’s Sedimentation and River Hydraulics Group, presented a public webinar hosted by the Missouri Sedimentation Action Coalition, Dec. 12, 2019. The session focused on information in the recent release of the National Reservoir Sedimentation & Sustainability Team’s white paper entitled “Reservoir Sediment Management – Building a Legacy of Sustainable Water Storage Reservoirs.”
Panelists on the call included Paul Boyd, hydraulic engineer/River & Reservoir Engineering Section of the US Army Corps of Engineers/Omaha District, and Tim Cowman, state geologist at the South Dakota Geological Survey and MSAC Board of Directors member.
